Q: What it's TopupPi?
A: TopUpPi (topuppi.com) is a decentralized app (dApp) built on the Pi Network ecosystem that allows users to shop with their Pi balance instant mobile top-ups and digital gift cards across multiple countries.

Q: What forms of payment dose TopupPi accepts?
A: TopupPi accepts payment only in Pi currency via the Pi Wallet.

Q: I just bought a gift card, where will I receive it?
A: Your gift card will be sent to you by email. Please make sure to check both your inbox and your spam/junk folders.
If you still can’t find it, you can view your order directly on our website. Simply log in to your account, go to My Account, and click on My Gift Cards.

Q: I have paid the order, the amount has been deducted from my wallet, but the status shows as “Draft”. What should I do?
A: Nothing, this can happen occasionally. TopupPI has automatic failover systems in place that detect and correct such issues. Your order will be processed and delivered within a few hours once the failovers become active.

Q: My top-up order has not been delivered. What should I do?
A: If your top-up order has not been delivered and the status shows Paid, In Review, or Submitted, please be patient, we will perform a manual verification and issue a full refund within 24 hours if the order cannot be completed.

Q: My gift card order has not been delivered. What should I do?
A: If your gift card order has not been delivered and the status shows Paid, In Review, or Submitted, don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.
Once our provider confirms that the order has failed, we will issue a full refund.
If the order has not failed, it will be delivered automatically once processing is complete.

You will receive your gift card by email, please make sure to check both your inbox and your spam/junk folders

If you still can’t find your order, you can view it directly on our website. Simply log in, go to My Account, and click on My Gift Cards.
