Users have to download and install Pi Browser, open topuppi.com inside it, and login with their account.
If TopUpPi detects it’s not in Pi Browser, it prompts: “To proceed, please open this site inside the Pi Browser app.”
How to Make a Mobile Top-Up

After the payment has been successfully processed, you can check the status of your order (top-up or gift card) in the “My Account” section on our website.
If your top-up order has not been delivered and the status shows Paid, In Review, or Submitted, we will perform a manual check and issue a full refund within a maximum of 24 hours.
If your gift card order has not been delivered and the status shows Paid, In Review, or Submitted, we will issue a full refund once our provider confirms that the order has failed.
Gift cards can only be redeemed in the country selected at the time of purchase.
Please note that if you purchase a local gift card to recharge an account (e.g., Steam, Netflix, etc.), the default country of that account must match the country you selected on our website.
We do not issue refunds for delivered gift cards or for incorrect country selections.
